2025-26 HIGHLIGHTS
Though our team has accomplished a lot this year, there
are some specific moments that we are especially proud
of and want to go into more detail about. These special
moments are mentioned in the section below.

Advancing to Worlds
At the FIRST Chesapeake Regional Competition, we came in hoping for success, but knowing nothing was promised. It was a joy to compete with fellow teams, providing a challenge to boost us to success. We were a member of the of the Blue Crab Division, making our way through the bracket and all the way to the finals against the winning alliance of the Red Cardinal Division. With our Alliance Partner Minerva's Mechanics, we won the whole thing and advanced to Worlds. We want to give a huge shoutout to FTC teams Stratos 31701, Howard Dynamics 23840, Gear Rotation 18442, and Minerva's Mechanics 11525. They were a huge help in our growth as a team and expanding our family beyond our team. We also want to thank all of the mentors who guided us along the way, whether it be in coding, CAD, outreach, or simply fostering a successful team. Shoutout to our fantastic robot Carbon-14! We hope to get back soon with even more success and good news!
Winning Inspire 1
At the our first Qualifier in Richmond, our team earned the prestigious Inspire 1 Award. We had worked for months building connections and reaching out to students in our local schools in our county to those in across international borders in Syria and Ethiopia. We believe that given the opportunity, access and resources, in any corner of the world, every child with an interest in robotics can shine and compete on the global platform. Winning Inspire 1 was rewarding our efforts as FIRST robotics ambassadors.
Many thanks to our sponsors and collaborators for supporting us through this journey to foster interest in Robotics and STEM throughout the world!
